Kevin O’Donnell
Kevin undertakes care, family and personal injury work. He has worked as a solicitor for over 40 years and has an in-depth knowledge of many areas of law with a particular interest in crime and family proceedings. Kevin works at both our Derby and Ilkeston offices.
David Williams
David is experienced in both criminal and family work and also deals with Local Authority care proceedings and high profile criminal cases. He has been practicing for over 30 years and is a member of Resolution and the Law Society’s Family Law Panel. David is based at our Ilkeston office.
James Newton
James specialises primarily in children and family work. He is a member of the Law Society’s Family Law Advanced (Adult Party's Representative) Panel and has represented many clients in connection with contested care proceedings against Local Authorities. He also is experienced at preparing wills and powers of attorney, has a wealth of experience in dealing with probate matters, both straightforward and contested cases. He has been practicing since 1998 and works at both our Derby and Ilkeston offices.
Claire O’Donnell
Claire specialises in family law, wills, probate and personal injury matters. She is a member of the Law Society’s Family Law Panel and has been qualified since 2003. Claire works from our Derby office.

John Sutcliffe
John is a Consultant Solicitor with 40 years experience in the law, having run his own practice before joining the Firm in 1999. He specialises in complex wills and probate planning, residential and commercial conveyancing, commercial leases and business transactions. He also has a niche specialism in animal law.
Julie Buckland
Julie has over 35 years conveyancing experience. She works at our Ilkeston office and is happy to help with all residential conveyancing matters.
