As you may be aware, Legal Aid is no longer available for the majority of clients in connection with obtaining a divorce, unless there has been domestic abuse or there are issues about the protection of children. Legal Aid is however still available for those clients who wish to attend mediation but is subject to a financial test. We will always consider whether Legal Aid may be available during your first interview. For those not eligible for Legal Aid, we offer a fixed fee divorce and, where you would prefer to do so, can set up affordable monthly payment plans to help spread the cost.

We can assist you in resolving any financial matters, such as ownership of property, maintenance, pension arrangements etc.

In addition to the services above, we are also able to advise upon many other legal issues that can arise out of relationships and we can assist you with the preparation of co-habitation or prenuptial agreements, deeds of trust, wills, change of name deeds etc, many of which are available for a set fixed fee.
